· Clear Drain Lines to Ensure Proper Flow and Reduce Likelihood of Overflow

· Assess Thermostat Operation

· Ensure Fan Motor Operation

· Inspect Blower Motor and Wheel to Maintain Proper Airflow

· Lubricate any Oil Ports on Electric Motors or Bearings

· Inspect for Worn Pulleys and Belts and Replace Where Needed

· Check and Change Filters

· Check and Adjust Refrigerant Charge to Maximize Cooling
